Here at Stanbridge Fitness Harpenden we are qualified pre and post natal specialists. We will make sure that you are given the correct guidance and advice throughout your pregnancy whether it be on training or nutrition. 

 

Having experience in the field of pre and post natal training, the most common question asked and rightly so is 'What can or can't I do during pregnancy?'. This is where we are here to help you. Under the watchful eye of our Harpenden based personal trainers we will be educating you throughout our sessions to give you a deeper insight of how to approach your training and nutrition. Having started as a personal trainer in the fitness industry 8 years ago the passion and drive to achieve the vision and mission has led to now what you see today as Stanbridge Fitness.

With a clear passion for progress and development Connor has made it his person goal to build Harpendens biggest fitness community whilst creating a really strong team and developing staff.
